Terms and Conditions
From CT Design Wiki
Collar Specific Agreement
By use of this collar the wearer accepts that whomever they choose to control the collar can have complete control over the wearer. All animations, sounds, collar commands, etc. are under the control of the selected owner. This includes, but is not limited to, (with additional scripting provided by CT Design) the ability to listen only to the wearer from any location in SecondLife and the ability to track the location of the wearer anywhere in SecondLife. CT Design is not responsible for usages that may occur with its products. Any uses of these collars, holders, or belts are specifically between both users and not the producer of said products. These terms are by no means meant to disregard the implicated Terms of Service provided by Linden Labs.
User Agreement Extension For All CTD Users
All product records are kept for reference and backup purposes and are kept in a database for easy reference and to prevent data loss between products. Acceptance to these Terms allows this information to be kept on the database solely for the backup and record keeping of personalized collars. Information includes, but is not limited to: User’s UUID (for individual key references), user’s SL (SecondLife) name, object’s UUID, version, update timestamp, region, and coordinates (both regional and global) for tracking. CT Design protects this information and reserves the right to adjust this information for corrections and changes to better integrate the system into the world of SL. A "user" reserves the right to request their personal data as it is shown in the database only to confirm records. If said request is made "user" must send their request in a notecard to Cryas Tokhes and must allow 5-7 days from the received inventory creation timestamp for a response. If this time passes, user must make another request.
CTD is by no means responsible for loss of inventory, objects, primitives, animations, notecards, or any other user/community created digital media. Inventory is maintained by "user" (with data stored on LL Asset Servers) and shall fall to the responsibility of "user" to keep track of their owned items. CTD creates products that last, if "user" finds that inventory/attachments are missing from their inventory at login then this issue must be dealt with by "user" and Linden Research, Inc.
